How do i post a review?

Reviews on Boom Publishers websites are intended to share with other customers how you experienced an item. After purchase, we will send you an email asking you to review the purchase. 

 

When can you write a review

  1. You purchased the article through Boom Publishers
  2. Your opinion is related to your purchase
  3. You do not use inappropriate language (for example, but not limited to: swear words, discriminatory, racist or terrorist statements, diseases or expletives)
  4. We will not post links to other websites
  5. Your review does not contain commercial content and/or a commercial purpose.

 

When do we remove reviews

Boom publishers can reject a review immediately after it's written or remove it afterwards. This can happen in the following cases, among others:

  • If one or more conditions have not been met or Boom publishers has a reasonable suspicion of this.
  • If the review concerns product information that was incorrect at the time of purchase, but has since been changed. To avoid confusing customers, we may choose to remove the review.
  • When the automatic check identifies an anomalous pattern, and thus we have reason to believe that the review is fake.

 

If a review meets the conditions stated above, it will be posted within two business days.

 

Boom never posts paid reviews.

 

As of March 2023, customers can only write a review on products that they have purchased through Boom Publishers. That way we can be sure that reviews are written by experts by experience. We do this by inviting buyers of a product via email to write a review about something they bought.

 

At this time, you cannot edit or delete your own review. Would you like to remove a review you have written yourself? Please contact our customer service team. Currently we only allow reviews written in Dutch.
