Vooruit! is a book for extra practice in listening, reading, writing and speaking for level B1. It is written for NT2 students who want to take the Staatsexamen NT2 program I. You prepare for an exam the same way you prepare for a sports competition: by training, training and more training.

Through a lot of practice with original and authentic practice materials, candidates are prepared for the exam. After working through Vooruit! they will not face any surprises on the real exam.

This revised edition of Vooruit! consists of seven chapters and an interlude, covering Media, Citizens of the World, Education, Internship and Job Search, Getting to Work, Safe and Healthy, and Leisure and Recreation. The book and website now align even more closely with the requirements and approach of the state exam. The student learns strategies, gets useful exam tips and takes stock after each chapter about their own progress.

The first four chapters focus on teaching exam skills; chapters 5 through 7 increasingly mimic exam situations.
