Lekker lezen naar B1 is a workbook full of interesting, funny and moving texts for ISK students and adult learners of Dutch. The texts are designed to spark a reaction: they connect with emotions, arouse curiosity or surprise the reader. Through playful and engaging activities, learners develop their reading and language skills while helping new vocabulary stick.

How it works

Learners read the texts and then actively work with them together. There is plenty of room to share experiences, insights and enjoyment of reading. Each theme starts with a focus on intercultural exchange. The approach puts the teaching principles from the Meer doen met Lezen guide into practice and is designed to further develop learners’ reading skills.
