Tessa Boff Tonella heeft zich tijdens haar master Pedagogische wetenschappen gespecialiseerd in volwasseneducatie. Ze heeft ervaring in het geven van empowerment- en loopbaantrainingen aan allochtone groepen. In 2016 heeft ze de Boom NT2 Academie opgericht en sindsdien geeft ze trainingen aan docenten gericht op Oriëntatie op de Nederlandse arbeidsmarkt (ONA). Daarnaast is ze accountmanager bij Boom NT2 en geeft ze diverse methodentrainingen.
