Ster in schrijven contains functional exercises for beginning writers. For example, students learn to write a text or an e-mail, fill out forms and make simple reports. There is also plenty of attention for creative writing: poems, posters, (comic) stories; it is all present. From Alpha A, to Alpha B, to Alpha C!

Reading a lot is crucial to promoting language skills. Where to start? Ster in lezen helps you get started! The method is specially designed for foreign-speaking young people who are just beginning to read in Dutch.

For those who are literate in a different language or not literate, reading is quite a challenge. Literacy learners can work with the method at three different levels, Alpha A, Alpha B and Alpha C. Short texts, clear illustrations and comprehension questions help students develop reading skills step by step.

With On the way to A2 and A2, reading skills can be further trained from level Alpha C or A1 to A2. Suitable for newly literate learners and foreign-language learners.
