Kijk op Nederland – Fourth edition (revised)

Kijk op Nederland is the trusted, ‘different’ textbook for the KNM exam and is still used with great enthusiasm. This fourth edition has been completely revised to meet the requirements of the KNM exam as they apply after July 1, 2025.

Although the basic structure of the book has remained the same, updates have been made to the content. For example, the topic of ‘public transport’ has now been included in lesson 13, where it logically ties in with the theme of money and means of payment.

For low language levels

The method has been specially developed for integration students with a low language level. The language has been greatly simplified, with extensive use of images and symbols, and learning takes place in a discovery-based and repetitive manner – both in the book and via the accompanying website.

The teaching materials are suitable for both individual and group use. Teachers and supervisors can find a separate manual online. The exercises for reading, listening, and writing skills are now available online and are a valuable addition.

Ready for the future

With this revision, Kijk op Nederland is once again fully prepared for the future – and for the KNM exam of the new integration program.
