Woordwinst is a series of short stories designed for adult non-native speakers at the beginning stage of reading in Dutch. The stories are easy to read and adapted to the vocabularies of Boom NT2.
Dag na dag
Linka is from Rwanda. She works in a cafe. Early in the morning she cleans, and late at night she helps out in the cafe. She also takes Dutch classes. A pretty busy life.
‘Lawaai?’, zegt Arnout.
‘Wij maken muziek. Wij hebben
een bandje.’
‘Leuk’, zegt Linka. ‘Maar het is
bijna elf uur. Jullie moeten stil
zijn.’
