I want to know what the shipping costs are

The shipping costs are dependent on your order and of the country that the order has to be shipped to. You can find the shipping costs in your cart. 


Good to know: on any order of €20,- or more there are no shipping costs within the Netherlands. 

I want to know the time of delivery

The estimated time of delivery in the Netherlands is 1-4 workdays.

The estimated time of delivery in the European Union is 7 workdays.

The estimated time of delivery worldwide is 8 workdays. 


Orders within the Netherlands are shipped by PostNL.

Orders abroad are shipped by FedEx. 



I want to know if my product is available

If a product is temporarily out of stock, this is shown in the webshop, next to the product concerned.

I want to know which company delivers my order

I want to know what my track and trace code is

You will receive a track and trace code by email. 

But you can also find these in your account. 


Step 1: Do you see a pink button My account in the top right corner of your screen? That means you are already signed in. Do you see the button Sign in? That means you have to log in first. 


Step 2: Once you are signed in click the pink button reading My account in the top right corner of the screen.

Step 3:
 Scroll down to the header Orders. Here you can see a summary of your order history. Under Status you can find your track and trace number. When you click the pink link Follow order you can trace your order with PostNL. 

I want to know why I have to pay clearance charges

Outside of the European Union it is possible that customs- or import-duties are charged when your order reaches the country of destination. As a customer you are responsible for these fees, that can differ between countries. The cost of this fee is calculated by the customs office of the country of delivery. If you want to know more about your rights concerning these fees please contact the customs office in the country concerned. 


I live abroad and I want to place an order without paying VAT

All the prices and additional costs calculated by Boom publishers for deliveries within the European Union have the VAT (Value Added Tax) included by default.

It is possible for us to not charge the VAT for countries within the EU if you provide us with a valid VAT-number. 


No VAT is added on deliveries outside of the European Union. 

I haven't received my order

When you haven't received your order, please contact our customer service. They will work out why the order has not been delivered. It is advised to have your ordernumber (starting with "NT2") on hand so that we are able to help you more swiftly!
