Orders and payment

I don't know how to place an order

Step 1: You can search for the title that you require on our website.

To help you with this you can use the search box to search by title, author or ISBN number.

Alternatively you can use the filters to narrow down you search results. 

 

Step 2: Click on the desired product. 

To order the product click the pink button Add to cart. 

 

Step 3: A pop-up message will appear. This means that you have placed your order in your shopping cart. Click the pink button Cart to proceed to payment. 

Or continue browsing in our webshop if you are looking to order several products!

 

Step 4: You now see the content of your shopping cart. Click the pink button Proceed to checkout to pay. 

 

Step 5: Are you not yet signed into your account? In that case the screen shown below will appear. You will have to log in first.

Do you not have an account yet? Please click Create account

Are you already signed in? Please proceed to step 7. 

 

Step 6: After you have signed in you will return to your cart. Again click the pink button Proceed to checkout.  

 

Step 7: You now see the screen as shown below. Click the black button Add address. 

 

Step 8: You can now fill in the fields as shown below. Once you have done this click the black button Confirm

 

Step 9: Please choose your method of payment and click Proceed to order summary.  

 

Step 10: Verify your address and your order. Click the pink button Place order to complete and confirm your order. 


Step 11: 
Follow the instructions of your chosen payment method.

 

Step 12: You have now placed your order and will receive the order confirmation by email. Thank you for your order!

I want to know if I can get a discount

We offer the following bulk discounts:

 

10-29 copies: 5% discount

30-99 copies: 10% discount

100 copies or over: please contact our customer service nt2@bua.nl

 

The discount is automatically processed when you place the order. You can see this in your shopping cart. 

I want to change my billing address

Step 1: Do you see a pink button My account in the top right corner of your screen? That means you are already signed in. Do you see the button Sign in? That means you have to log in first. 

 

Step 2: Once you are signed in click the pink button reading My account in the top right corner of the screen.

 

Step 3: Click the black button Change/Add under the header Addresses.

 

Step 4: Do you have more than one address listed here? In that case you can tick the box on the right to determine which address will be the billing and which address will be the shipping address.

If the correct address is not listed you can add a new one or edit one of the current addresses. To do so please proceed to the next step. 

 

Step 5: To change the billing address click the black button Change

 

Step 6: Change your address details and click the black button Confirm

You have now successfully changed your address. 

 

Caution: Please note that orders that have been placed before you have changed your address will still be sent to the old address!

I want to change my shipping address

Step 1: Do you see a pink button My account in the top right corner of your screen? That means you are already signed in. Do you see the button Sign in? That means you have to log in first.

Step 3: Click the black button Change/Add under the header Addresses.

I want to know my order number

You will receive your order number in the order confirmation that we email to you. It is also possible to find it in your account. 

 

Step 1: Do you see a pink button My account in the top right corner of your screen? That means you are already signed in. Do you see the button Sign in? That means you have to log in first. 

 

Step 2: Once you are signed in click the pink button reading My account in the top right corner of the screen.

 

Step 3: Scroll down to the header Orders. Here you can see a summary of your order history. Under Status you can find your track and trace number.  

I haven't received a confirmation of my order

To verify that you haven't received an order confirmation we advise you to check your spam folder in your email account first. If the confirmation can't be found here either please contact our customer support, they can forward the confirmation to you by mail. 

I want to order an evaluation- or teachers copy

Are you a teacher? In that case you can click For teachers in the webshop menu and then select Teachers copy in the dropdown menu. There you can fill in the application form to order an evaluation copy. For these you will receive a 50% discount. 

 

Have you recently purchased more than 10 copies of a single title? In that case you can order a free teachers copy. To do so please send a written confirmation of your order (course reading list, invoice) that shows that the book has been prescribed to at least 10 students to nt2@bua.nl. We retain the right to not honour your request and will contact you to further discuss your application.

You can choose from the following payment methods:

  • Invoice (additional cost € 1,95, only on orders within the Netherlands)

I haven't received an invoice

To verify that you haven't received an invoice we advise you to check your spam folder in your email account first. If the invoice can't be found here either please contact our customer support, they can forward the invoice to you by mail.

I have received a payment reminder

You receive a payment reminder when we have not received your payment in time. If you have any questions regarding your payment reminder, please contact our customer service.
