You can return your order only if it is unopened, undamaged and still in the plastic seal. To do so please contact our customer service.
After we have received your return shipment it is our aim to reimburse your payment within two weeks. If you have not received the paid amount after two weeks please contact our customer service. We advise you to keep your order number on hand so that we can help you more swiftly.
