I have received a damaged or defective product, what to do?

All items you buy from us come with a legal warranty. This means that an article must be in good condition upon delivery and must function properly under normal use. If you receive an item where this is not the case, we will offer you an appropriate solution as soon as possible. Depending on the article we will do this by replacement or refund.
